Property covers ~13 km of the interpreted strike extension of the Pipestone structure, one of two main structural breaks recognized in the Timmins Camp.
Over 60 Moz of historical gold production is associated with the Destor-Porcupine fault, the other main structural break.
Property subject to a participating joint venture with Gowest Gold Ltd. (Gowest), where both parties either fund to maintain their interest, or dilute out to a 2% NSR with a 1% buyback for $1.0 million.
Exploration activity on the project over the past few years has been limited, as Gowest focuses on the development of its nearby Bradshaw gold deposit.
