PROJECT SUMMARY

  • 33 km2 property located in the prolific Porcupine gold camp, ~25km north of Timmins, Ontario
  • Property covers ~13 km of the interpreted strike extension of the Pipestone structure, one of two main structural breaks recognized in the Timmins Camp.
  • Over 60 Moz of historical gold production is associated with the Destor-Porcupine fault, the other main structural break.
  • Property subject to a participating joint venture with Gowest Gold Ltd. (Gowest), where both parties either fund to maintain their interest, or dilute out to a 2% NSR with a 1% buyback for $1.0 million.
  • Exploration activity on the project over the past few years has been limited, as Gowest focuses on the development of its nearby Bradshaw gold deposit.
